There is always a magic moment in the design of a building, the first visit to the model shop when the flat drawings and discs are somehow turned into a miniature version of the project. I have visited the Cubitt Street model shop of Unit 22 many times for just this reason and have never been disappointed.

Unit 22 are marvellously skilled at thinking in 3D, their cutting machines seem to think in 3D and at the end of the day a beautiful product results always miraculously on time.

Good luck to Unit 22 and I plan to make many more trips to Cubitt Street.
